DERBY ATHLETIC CLUB – derbyac.org.uk – Based at Moorways Stadium, Derby. Athletic club catering for all age groups and abilities.
AMBER VALLEY AC – avac.org.uk - The Club trains at the Rutland Sports Park, Ilkeston. Newcomers aged 8 to 16 should initially attend on Saturdays and / or Wednesdays. There are also training session on Tuesdays and Thursdays which are the main club nights for adult athletes, and also for event-specific groups for selected teens.
ASHBOURNE RUNNING CLUB – ashbournerunningclub.org.uk - Tuesday sessions from Ashbourne Leisure Centre. You may already be a runner or just want to get fit but the thought of running to the end of the road makes you break out in a cold sweat, either way Ashbourne Running Club can help you improve.
SHELTON STRIDERS – sheltonstriders.co.uk - Shelton Striders welcome people of all ages and abilities and we consider ourselves as a warm and friendly crowd. We meet at Boulton Lane Community Centre on a Friday evening at 6-45 and run out in groups according to distance and ability.

NOTTS ATHLETIC CLUB – nottsac.co.uk – Nottingham’s premier athletic club. Based at Harvey Hadden Stadium.
BURTON ATHLETIC CLUB – burtonac.co.uk – Established in 1883, based at Shobnall Leisure Complex. This has an all weather athletics track. It also includes long/triple jump pits, a pole vault runway and a discus/ hammer cage. Whether a novice, club or international athlete, you will find all the modern facilities and equipment to suit your needs. The complex is situated within a wooded park area, providing an excellent base to train in pleasant surroundings.
ILKESTON RUNNING CLUB – ilkestonrunningclub.co.uk - a small friendly running club based in Ilkeston in Derbyshire. Meet at 7pm on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at the Rutland Sports Centre in Ilkeston.
LONG EATON RUNNING CLUB – longeatonrunningclub.co.uk - At Long Eaton Running Club, we cater for all ages and abilities, from the 12 minute miler to the 12 miles an hour athlete. We run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, meeting at West Park Leisure Centre at 6.30p.m. for an optional warm up session then start running at 7pm. We organise at least two different distances to cater for different abilities & if you are new a LERC member will stay with you so you won't get lost.
EREWASH VALLEY RUNNING CLUB – evrc.co.uk - Meet at Friesland Sports Centre on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. All welcome.
